Unity One Credit Union — Website + Brand Refresh
I led a comprehensive brand refresh for Unity One Credit Union as part of their BOLD Brand Initiative, designed to modernize the organization’s identity and strengthen member engagement. The goal was to infuse the brand with more personality and energy while maintaining a sense of credibility and trust.
A central focus of the initiative was transforming the outdated website, which no longer aligned with member expectations or Unity One’s evolving values. Through a full audit of content and analytics, I restructured the sitemap and simplified navigation, making information easier to find and improving the experience across devices. The redesigned interface brought the refreshed brand to life, introducing modern typography, expanded color palette, refined iconography, and a clearer content strategy backed by strong calls-to-action. The result was a site that felt more intuitive, contemporary, and aligned with the new brand direction.
My team and I then extended this visual language into advertising, digital materials, and print collateral, ensuring a cohesive presence across every channel. The final system delivered a unified, forward-thinking brand expression that improved usability and strengthened member connection.
